SmarterMail: Adding a Mailbox

 

Q: How do I create a new mailbox?

To create a new email account go to:

http://webmail.[YOUR DOMAIN NAME]

This will prompt you to login. Enter your domain administrator username and password and click Login. If you do not know your domain administrator username or password contact Degnan, Co. and we will reset it for you.

Move your mouse over the Domain Settings menu at the top of the page and select Email Users.
Click Add User

Enter the requested information:

Username: enter the name of the user you wish to be displayed

New Password: enter the password for this user.

Confirm Password: re-enter the password for this user for verification.

Click Save
